We have put together a selection of menus based on what we know works, what we know people like and which hopefully reflect what is current. We take good ingredients from our doorstep and also further afield depending on what it is and where it is best. Our meat comes mainly from Somerset. Our pineapples do not. We take these ingredients and add some skill, some technique and lots of love to make food which is tasty and attractive but not too fussy.
Much of the food we do comes straight from the menu, but equally lots does not. One of the nicest weddings we did recently had nachos, burgers with chips and freak shakes. Having said that the nachos amazing, the burgers were Jack Daniels pulled brisket and the shakes finished with our own fresh doughnuts.
Take a look at our menus but feel free to email us about your own thoughts. Just bear in mind that creating a meal for 4 you had in a restaurant cannot always be recreated for 200 in a field! But we always enjoy making special meals personal to you.
